1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 19,50,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from August 28, 2015 to June 3, 2016.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 4 as well as the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay to the Defendant the amount of KRW 19,500,000,000 for the goods unpaid from August 28, 2013 to December 3, 2013. However, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 19,50,000 for the goods unpaid and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 15% per annum prescribed by the Civil Act from August 28, 2015 to June 3, 2016, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, as sought by the Plaintiff, from August 28, 2015 to June 3, 2016.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
