The sentence of each sentence against the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are patients who were in the Ipology department located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.

The Defendants are entitled to insurance for the purpose of treating diseases, but the Defendants knew that the expenses for beauty art purposes, such as skin management, etc., are not subject to the payment.

Nevertheless, the Defendants, in collusion with the J of I-type and the president, provided beauty treatment for the purpose of beauty art including the treatment to resolve only the skin beauty and rain using the laser, and submitted a false receipt to the insurance company for payment of insurance proceeds as if they had received the false receipt for the purpose of physical correction.

Around June 11, 2015, Defendant A received 20,000 won for corrective treatment, 20,000 won in total, including 10,000 won and 4,00 won for corrective treatment and 10,000 won for 4,000 won in total, to undergo an additional cosmetic surgery, and to receive 4,00,000 won for 4,000 won for cosmetic surgery.
