A person who violated the Act on Elections Entrusted by Public Organizations, etc. shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 Highest 1047" was elected at the second time of the simultaneous election of the head of a cooperative nationwide on March 13, 2019 as the candidate for the head of the cooperative; C, D, E, F, and G were members of the above cooperative; and H was members of the defendant's elementary school ship ship and the association; and H worked as election campaign members of the above association at the above election of the head of the association.

1. Joint offenses with H:

(a) No one shall carry out an election campaign in any way, except where a candidate other than a candidate carries out an election campaign pursuant to the Act;

Nevertheless, on January 2019, the Defendant: (a) requested by the KJ located in Gangseo-gu Busan, Busan, that the president of the KJ would not leave the election; and (b) conspired on February 2019, H to request H to request the election of the Defendant by calling that he would not leave the election; and (c) on February 2, 2019, H sent the membership list to H from the first police officer to the person on the register of its members; and (d) from among the persons on the register of its members, H asked H to request the election of the Defendant by calling the person on his own behalf.

Accordingly, around February 16, 2019, H called “L” office operated by oneself in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and called “B association members M, who are union members, for election campaign, to the effect that “A candidate is not improved during the two candidates, A is extracted,” and thereafter, H thereafter claimed support from B association members on a total of 22 occasions, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form No. 1, from March 13, 2019.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with H to conduct an election campaign even though H is not a candidate who can engage in an election campaign.

(b) Offering, expressing an intention to offer, or offering to provide, money, goods, entertainment, other economic benefits, or a public or private position to an elector or his/her family members for the purpose of an election campaign for purchasing electors, etc. or inducing interested persons;
