A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, Defendant B, D, E, and F have colored men who are in sexual intercourses on the Internet hosting and induced them to gather them, and they have collected money and valuables on the pretext of agreement by drinking off the face of sexual intercourses with D which is a juvenile.

1. Around April 7, 2015, Defendants and D, E, and F had access to the Defendant’s house located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government G, and Defendant A’s house located in 101, and had access to the Internet “H”-based hosting site using computers, and had access to the victim I (22 years old) and I (22 years old) who are the disabled and promised to talk with the victim on the following day.

Defendants, D, E, and F shall induce the victim to the house of Defendant A and cause the body of D, and the Defendants, E, and F shall plan to threaten the victim by suddenly neglecting the face, and the following day:

4. 8. 13:00, D: (a) enticed the victim to the above place before the KIJ in Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu; and (b) Defendants, E, and F were waiting outside the above place until D began to act.

Then, D sent a text message to the Defendants, E, and F, that inducing the victim to keep the body of the victim in contact at the above location, and that the victim came to the victim, cellular phone, by hand, with the sound of D.

After the Defendants, E, and F enter the above place and put the victim into the place, Defendant A stated that “I will live immediately, will not agree, or will report escape to the police,” and Defendant B, E, and F would not take the victim out of the house.”

At around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendants, E, and F shall observe the place so that the victim can not run away from the house, and the victim may not get out of the place until the next day.
