A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2020, at around 23:55, the Defendant: (a) at the stage of “Cata club” in Busan B and underground first floor, the victim D (manam, 60 years old) was able to have access to women who have danced at that stage; (b) on the part of the victim D, the victim was able to have the victim D with his own hand, and continued to have the victim D's face and body cut back on several occasions; (c) the victim d's face and body was cut down by hand; (d) the victim E (ma, 52 years old) was knicked with the bridge; and (e) the victim E (ma, 52 years old); and (e) took the fat of the victim E (ma), the victim's face was frighted over to the bridge; and (e) took about three times the victim E face of the victim E in excess of Korea.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim D, such as cage cage cages, etc. which require approximately six weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim E, such as cage cage cages, etc. which require approximately six weeks of medical treatment.

(b) Second Crimes (Inflicting of Injury) [Determination of Punishment] Violence Crimes: 【Class 1] General Injury (Special Aggravation of Punishment): Aggravation of Harm (Special Aggravation of Punishment): The area of aggravation of serious injury (the recommended area and the scope of recommendations) and six months to six months of imprisonment.

(c) Scope of recommendations according to the standards for handling multiple crimes: Imprisonment with prison labor for six to three years (the maximum of crimes No. 2) for six months;

3. Determination of sentence: The victims shall be punished by the instant crime in August.
