A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
1950,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. On October 1, 2014, around 09:00 early October 201, the Defendant traded philophones by taking approximately 1.4 grams of psychotropic drugs, i.e., psychotropic drugs, with 100,000 won and 1.4 grams in front of Hbuphones located in G in Yangju-si.
B. At around 20:50 on October 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold philophones in front of the H regularly landing point, and (b) purchased and sold 90,000 won for the purchase price of philophones to I at the same place on the 25th day of the same month at around 17:00 of the same month.
C. On October 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, at the H regularly land point, and (b) above.
As set forth in paragraph (d), approximately 0.03g of philophones were inserted in a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection into one’s own arms. D.
At around 23:00 on March 18, 2015, the Defendant’s above H regularly land point and the above A.
As in the paragraph, approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased have been administered in the above manner.
2. Around 00:00 on March 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 202 Dong-dong 402, and approximately 0.3g of marijuana in tobacco and inserting a smoke with a fire attached thereto.
