A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Around October 2014, the Defendant came to know of the victim D (L, 48 years old) who was operating a restaurant in and around his/her surrounding area while entering a casino of Gangwonland. On June 2015, 2015, the Defendant received money from the Defendant and used money whenever necessary, and the Defendant did not refund part of the money to the Defendant.

On July 22, 2015, at around 08:17, the Defendant returned the aforementioned money to the victim at the restaurant operated by the victim in Gangwon-gun E, Gangwon-gun, but the victim refused to pay money, the Defendant her head flick, a dangerous object on the table, blicked the victim’s head once, and the Defendant flicked the victim’s head flick, except for the part in which the Defendant flicked with his hand, and thereby, knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif
