1. With respect to 1,878 square meters in Pinsung-si:

A. Defendant C was caused by sale on March 14, 2004 to Defendant B.

On March 14, 2004, Defendant C sold 1,878 square meters to Defendant B in Sungsung-si D, and Defendant B sold the said real estate to the Plaintiff on April 14, 2004, without dispute, or recognized by the purport of the entire pleadings.

Therefore, upon the plaintiff's subrogation, the defendant C is obligated to perform the procedure for ownership transfer registration for the above real estate on March 14, 2004 with respect to the defendant B, and the defendant B is obligated to perform the procedure for ownership transfer registration for the reason of sale on April 14, 2004 to the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
