1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B delivers each real estate listed in the separate sheet;

B. The defendants are jointly and severally 78,839.

Reasons

1. The lessee (Defendant B; hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant B”) shall deposit the two above real estate in advance of three-one million won (Won 32,000,000) each month.

Deposit: No monthly rent (monthly) shall be paid in advance in the amount of KRW 32,000,000 (Won 32,00,000).

Provided, That it shall be the 25,000,000 won per month (Won 25,000,000).

Article 2 (Term of Lease) The term shall be one year and six months from August 2015 to February 7, 2017, and the defendant B shall cooperate with the priority to trade within one year and six months from the contract1 to one year and six months, and the minimum trading amount shall be at least 4,600,000 won per day (Won 4,60,000,000).
