Punishment of the crime

From August 29, 2017, the Defendant works as the director of the Dong-gu Apartment Management Office in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, and is in charge of executing the matters resolved by the council of occupants' representatives and the matters determined by the management rules.

The council of occupants' representatives of apartment buildings decided to amend the "B apartment management rules" in accordance with the partial amendment announcement of the "Rules of the Management Rules of the Dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City's Multi-Family Housing Management Rules" and publicly announced that the proposal proposed in accordance with the procedures based on the relevant laws and regulations has obtained consent from a majority of occupants, and the above apartment management rules have been amended around April 18, 2018.

Therefore, the defendant, as the head of the above apartment management office, passed with the consent of a majority of the occupants, was in charge of reporting the proposed amendment of the management rules of the 9 B Apartment.

On May 3, 2018, the defendant, at the above apartment management office, received all the data on the amendment of the management rules in the name of B apartment under the name of the council of occupants, and filed a report on the amendment of the management rules in the name of B apartment under the name of the council of occupants' representatives, and the expenses necessary for the operation of the council of occupants' representatives, and the specific amount by item shall be specified in the management rules of the amended B apartment management rules.
