Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2014, around 22:10 on September 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated that the slope belonging to D District D District of Busan East Police Station, which the Defendant called the above E on the road, was flaped to the said E on the ground that the slope, in front of the Cmatet located in Busan East-gu, Busan, was flapsed by the Defendant on the road; (b) took a bath to the said E on the ground that the slope of the D District D District of the Busan East Police Station, which was called the Defendant broken the Defendant, and obstructed the Defendant’s legitimate execution of duties regarding the police officer’s 112 report by avoiding the disturbance for about 30 minutes on the road, such as preventing the operation of the patrol car.
