Basic Facts

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings in the entries in Gap 1-1-9, 2, and 3, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement on August 2, 2006 with the Defendant on August 2, 2006 that the Plaintiff may receive the registration of ownership transfer on the date on which the documents for the transfer of ownership transfer are provided, the remainder of KRW 270 million and the intermediate payment KRW 4.9 billion on the date on which the registration of ownership transfer was provided, and the remainder of KRW 270 million on April 207, 2007 on the date on which the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with each trust company on April 2, 2007.

On the other hand, the Plaintiff is a person who received 4.9 billion won as down payment and intermediate payment from the Defendant at the time of transfer of ownership.
