1. From 8,00,000 to 2,400,000 won and from 15, 2019 to 35,00 to 8,00,00 from the Plaintiff, the Defendant is one of the five-story buildings on the land of the Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the 5th floor building in Busan Seo-gu (hereinafter “instant building”).

Among the instant buildings, the use of the first to fourth floors is neighborhood living facilities, and the use of the fifth floor is detached houses.

The fifth floor of the instant building was 6.67 square meters on the ship, which originally connected each point of A, B, C, D, Ma, Ma, A, tea, car, car, other car, wave, and A in turn, and 6.67 square meters on the 5th floor of the instant building, but the indication of the same drawing was extended without permission in the same order of 90.65 square meters on the ship, which connects each point of A, E, E, L, C, and Ba.

On February 12, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant and part of the fifth floor of the instant building (to be seen as the part on a ship connected each point in order of subparagraph D, drawing(D), g, g, f, f, k, k, b, and f) with respect to the lease deposit of KRW 10 million, KRW 600,000 per month, and the lease term of KRW 24 months.

(B) Under the following, the Defendant is occupying and using the building No. 4 of this case upon delivery by the Plaintiff, and the remainder of the fifth floor of the building of this case, except subparagraph D, is also occupying and using.

(B) The fifth floor of the instant building is “the instant building part” as follows.

2. Until 14.14. Up to several times, 8 million won was paid in total as lease deposit and up to March 14, 2019.

On November 2, 2018, the Urban Gas Pipelines Corporation and the Supply Corporation for the instant building completed around November 2, 2018, and the construction of gas boiler for the fifth floor of the instant building was completed on November 27, 2018.

On the other hand, around April 22, 2019, water leakage occurred on the entire building of this case, and water leakage occurred on the wind where boiler installed on the fiveth floor as a result of water leakage detection.

The plaintiff first takes a single measure against the five floors, and then cooperates with the defendant to repair the boiler.
