A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a workplace master of the victim B (38) and was engaged in electrical construction work with the victim, at the D construction site located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

1. On April 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00, on the road in which “F” f, located in Thai-gun, Thai-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) while smoking tobacco together with the victim, the Defendant was boomed, the Defendant did not boom.

”라고 말하면서 거부하였음에도, “ 네 가슴은 여자 가슴이랑 비슷해서 좋아 ”라고 말하고, 피해자의 상의 속으로 손을 집어넣어 손으로 피해자의 등을 수회 어루만진 후, 가슴 쪽으로 손을 옮겨 손가락으로 피해자의 젖꼭지를 잡고 좌우로 돌리면서 만져 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.

3. On April 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on the road in front of the “F” house on April 12, 2017; and (b) on the road in front of the victim’s house.

말하여 거부하였음에도, 피해자의 상의 밖으로 피해자의 젖꼭지를 손으로 만지고, 피해자의 볼에 입술을 갖다 대어 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.

4. The Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on May 16, 2017, at the right tent behind the above site office; (b) at the right tent behind the point of view, the Defendant stated that the Defendant would not do so to the victim and the victim.
