A From July 5, 2005 to the date of July 5, 2005, from the Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G and the first floor B (former H) and from February 26, 2009 to the date of the actual representative of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu International and second floor (State)C, the purpose of which is manufacturing, selling, and trading clothes, and the defendant B (State) and the defendant C are corporations with the purpose of manufacturing, selling, and trading clothes.
If it is intended to import goods, the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of the relevant customs office, and no false declaration on the dutiable value, etc. shall be made in order
1. Around July 4, 2009, the Defendant: (a) imported Ha (ju) the telegraph of the State; (b) imported 30,341 punishment from the Chinese WEI YAI YIND CLHING LTPP LTD company; and (c) reported the importation declaration book to the head of Busan customs office; (b) reported the importation declaration book to the head of Busan customs office; (c) as if the actual product price was US$ 50,637, the Defendant filed an import declaration as if the actual product price was US$ 33,962.85, and evaded KRW 2,797,750, which is the difference, customs duties imposed on US$ 16,674.15.
From that time until December 6, 2012, the Defendant filed an import declaration of USD 2,308,702, and evaded KRW 275,636,050,050 on the aggregate of the differences ($ 2,700,120,120,069) of the relevant USD 2,308,70,050, which was the actual price of the domestic clothing 713,702, which was imported over 202 times in total, as described in attached Table 1-1 and Table 1-2, as described above.
2. B, from July 4, 2009 to December 6, 2012, the Defendant, a real representative of the Defendant, imported from July 4, 2009 to December 6, 2012 in total 62 times in the same manner as the attached Table 2-1 and the attached Table 2-2, in relation to the Defendant’s business, the actual price of the Korean clothing 309,223 USD 2,884,598, is US$ 2,067,590.
