Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants made a false statement to the victims that they got from the phone call or got a credit loan by misrepresenting a financial institution using the Internet NAN Messenger, or that they received money from another person’s account secured in advance (hereinafter “one-time account”) as the responsibility for cash withdrawal of the criminal organization under the name of the victim. The Defendants: (a) recruited the large-time account to receive money; (b) requested the victims to receive money from the cash withdrawal account; (c) had the victims receive money from the large-time account; (d) at the same time, the victims transfer money from the large-time account with the cash withdrawal account; and (e) had the victims receive money from the large-time account under the direction of the name of the victim (one-day AD, AZ) who was the name of the organization of the crime; and (e) let the victims receive money from the large-time account through the phone’s name 2% of the amount of money in return for money from the account.

In accordance with such division of roles, the person who was unaware of his/her name, from January 18, 2013 to the victim B, calls from the place of non-displacement, and falsely speaks that "other than the expenses incurred in the loan to the existing, it is necessary to pay 2650,000 won to the agricultural bank account in the name of BB on that day from January 18, 2013 to April 1, 2013, and receives 156,232,00 won in total from the 26 victims as shown in the list of crimes in the annexed crime, and the defendant P from February 27, 2013 to March 26, 2013 to March 26, 2013 to obtain 86,000 won through 1520,000 won in total from February 18, 201 to March 20, 2013 to 2013.
