Around October 31, 2007, the Defendant requested the victim to help with such help as above, and received an agreement from the victim to the effect that if H listing is conducted by the victim, 30,000 shares owned by the victim will be excluded from taxes and public charges. On February 2, 2009, H listing in the form of a merger with the JJ, the Defendant received KRW 1.265 million from the victim as the amount of disposal of 30,000 from the victim.

The Defendant read the article that 810,000 shares of H were owned by the victim to G Hospital, and argued that 10,000 shares were received from the victim at the beginning even though 30,000 shares were disposed of by the victim. From May 2009, the Defendant asserted that, from the Defendant, the victim stated, “I would like to disclose all the falsity of the Party through SNS that “I would like to clarify why I would like to make a contribution to the Stockholm option’s 100,000 shares to the hospital according to what I would you would have,?
