Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2016, at around 07:00, the Defendant damaged the property of approximately KRW 6.9 million at the market price by extracting approximately 180 km, 6,000 seeds and seedlings (one-year plant) of the victim-owned Dog, 180 g of the victim-owned Dog, 6,000 seeds and seedlings (one-year plant), and 300 g of double sublim seeds and seedlings (one-year plant).
