A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On December 22, 2012, at around 01:00, the Defendants discovered Franchising car managed by the victim E and owned by the victim E, a corporation that was parked at the Busan Northern apartment parking lot. Defendant B reported the network at the nearby place, Defendant A opened a driver’s seat of the said car that was not corrected and carried out things between the driver’s seat and the chief of the steering seat, and carried out cash worth of KRW 3,000 and the key of the said car.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

B. The Defendants illegally used a motor vehicle, as set forth in the above paragraph (a), conspired to use the franchising motor vehicle as a temporary one using the key for a stolen motor vehicle.

From December 22, 2012 to December 25, 2012, 01:30 to December 25, 2012, 202: (a) the Defendants temporarily used a motor vehicle without the consent of the victim by walking and driving the vision by using the key laid down in the vehicle from the Busan Northern apartment parking lot to the front side of the Maritime Seaside in Busan Metropolitan City.

2. Defendant A

A. On December 22, 2012, 201: around 30, the Defendant driven Franchising car without the driver’s license from the Busan Northern apartment parking lot to the front day of the sea of the coast guard.

B. On December 23, 2012, around 04:00, the Defendant driven the car indicated in the said paragraph (a) without a driver’s license from around the sea side of the shipping beach located in the Do-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, to the Busan metropolitan apartment parking lot.

C. On December 25, 2012, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (a) at around 01:00.

3. Defendant B

A. On December 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00, from around the sea side of the Maritime Bathing Beach located in the Do, Busan, Daegu, Busan, to the Busan, North, and the C apartment parking lot.
