Since then, around December 29, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 137,184,770 to the Plaintiff as wages by October 2015. Among them, the wage for October 2015 is KRW 4,482,930.

F. The main contents of the Defendant’s articles of incorporation related to the instant case, including the Defendant’s articles of incorporation are as follows.

* No request for disciplinary decisions by a teacher under Article 49bis (Prescription of Disciplinary Grounds) of the Articles of Incorporation may be made after two years have elapsed from the date on which the cause of the disciplinary action occurred.

Article 68 (Provisions Applicable to Private School Teachers shall apply mutatis mutandis to the service of general personnel.

Article 71 (Disciplinary Action and Request for Review) (1) The provisions applicable to private school teachers shall apply mutatis mutandis to disciplinary action against general employees, but the General Staff Disciplinary Committee shall be established separately for corporations.

(2) A general staff reexamination committee shall be established in a corporation for the request for reexamination of general staff, and the organization and operation thereof shall be prescribed separately by rule of the board of directors.

* Article 25 (Application Mutatis Mutandis of the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes) of the Regulations on the Personnel Management of Staff shall apply mutatis mutandis to the service of public officials.

Article 29 (Application of Provisions concerning Disciplinary Actions) The provisions prescribed by the Articles of Incorporation and the State Public Officials Act, the Private School Act, the Enforcement Decree of the Private School Act, and the principals shall apply mutatis mutandis to all general employees

* Article 55(Service)(1) of the Private School Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the service of private school teachers.

Article 61 (Grounds for and Types of Disciplinary Action) (1) If a teacher of a private school falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the person authorized to appoint the teacher concerned shall request a resolution on disciplinary action and take a disciplinary action according to the result of a resolution on disciplinary action:

1. Where he performs an act contrary to the teacher's principal portion in violation of this Act and other education-related Acts and subordinate statutes;

2. When he violates or neglects his duties;

3. The dignity of a teacher regardless of whether he is on or off duty.
