[Criminal record] On March 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and medical care and custody at Seoul Southern District Court (hereinafter “Seoul Southern District Court”) and completed the execution of the sentence at the Public Medical Care and Custody Center on February 5, 2018.

1. On July 13, 2018, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim E (nat, 61 years of age) who operates a restaurant without any reason under the influence of alcohol at D main points located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) opened a restaurant for ten minutes, by force, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business for ten minutes.

Around 06:00 on July 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assaulting the part of the back head of the Victim H, a restaurant employee, who was working in the cafeteria located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, on twice the table table at that cafeteria; and (b) obstructed H’s work.

3. In fact, the Defendant, even though having ordered food in the restaurant, did not have the intent and ability to pay the food cost. However, around July 22, 2018, at the J restaurant located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, the Defendant received meals and alcoholic beverages worth KRW 11,00,000 in total market price, such as a light-brut dog, small-ju, and small-ju, from the injured party, as if he would normally pay the cost.

1. On July 22, 2018, at around 23:20 on July 23:2, 2018, the Defendant damaged the Defendant’s cell phone, a mobile phone, which was driven by the Defendant, was parked at the victim N, and was parked at the same time, by drinking alcohol at the neighboring drinking house, by drinking alcohol at his/her house, and was influencing his/her difficult address. The Defendant damaged the Defendant’s cell phone by getting off the main set and the chief side of the coos vehicle on his/her possession.

2. On July 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) found in a restaurant operated by the Victim P located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P on July 28, 2018; and (b) opened a male guest under his/her name with his/her own name in his/her hands with his/her son’s jumopum.
