The first instance court.

1. The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as the entry of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

(The plaintiff is basically repeating the same argument in the first instance trial. The conclusion of the first instance judgment is justifiable even if the plaintiff's assertion that was partially supplemented in the trial and the testimony of the witness F and G in the trial is added to the grounds and the testimony of the witness F and G in the trial.
