1. Defendant I and J jointly set forth 15,50,000 won for Plaintiff A, 40,000,000 won for Plaintiff B, and 43,000,000 won for Plaintiff C;

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On December 15, 2008, the Defendants acquired the instant building and the establishment of senior collateral security (1) from K and two lots of land outside K at the time of the Government, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the above 1/3 shares among the above buildings. Thereafter, on June 21, 2012, the Defendants extended the said building as real estate recorded in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the above buildings.

(2) After the acquisition of the instant building by the Defendants, provisional registration, mortgage registration, etc. was completed with respect to the instant building. The main contents of the registration are as follows.

The right holder on March 25, 201, the date of receipt of the purpose of registration and the registration of the right to collateral security: The 9.1 billion won debtor on March 28, 201: The provisional registration right holder on March 28, 2011: Defendant J’s provisional registration on April 27, 2012: Defendant J’s 1/3 equity mortgage registration on April 27, 2012: The debtor, M& Co., Ltd.: The N debtor on April 23, 2012: the amount claimed on April 23, 2013: the creditor on June 19, 2013 of the provisional registration by Defendant J: the amount claimed: KRW 70 million: the amount claimed on June 19, 2013: 20 million (the claim amount claimed against Defendant H: 6,66,000 won).

B. The Plaintiffs entered into a lease agreement on some of the instant buildings (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant contracts,” and each of the contractual parties to enter into the agreement, respectively. Upon arranging the details thereof, the Plaintiffs entered into a lease agreement on May 24, 2012, Q No. 50 million won monthly management expenses for the rent of the object of lease, the date of entering into the agreement, and KRW 110,000 won (R No. 77 and 5 million) on August 2, 2011, KRW 1110,00 won C - KRW 1.75 million on January 9, 2012 - KRW 1110,00 KRW D 70,00 won on January 30, 2013 - KRW 1.1.5 million on July 16, 2012, KRW 1.5 million on July 16, 2012, KRW 1.5 million on July 16, 2012.

C. One stock company following the progress of the voluntary auction procedure is the building of this case.
