Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 28, 2013, at around 15:07, the Defendant: (a) set up a cell phone with the camera function in the front of the Defendant to take the body of the victim C (the age of 22) in front of the Defendant, and taken the body of the victim’s body against his will, after setting up the cell phone with the camera function as the screen screen, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.
