A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 14, 2017, the Defendant was engaged in the work of operating C excavation search machines while working as a body of a new house in B at the time of residence on June 14, 2017.
