1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,800,000;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2013, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for the crime of indecent act by compulsion in Busan District Court, and is subject to registration of personal information confirmed by being notified that he is a person subject to registration of personal information. A person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of change to the chief of the competent police station having jurisdiction over his domicile within 20 days from the date on which the reason and change occur

1. On April 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) registered a Grandroth Cargo Vehicle in his/her name and for whom twenty (20) days have not passed after registering it;

5. By the 16th day, a person subject to registration of personal information failed to submit a changed information to the chief of the competent police station having jurisdiction over his domicile.

2. On April 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sold a DNA car car, one of his/her own vehicles, to the automobile dealer; and (b) sold the said vehicle to the said automobile dealer; and (c) sold

Transfer of name and registration within 20 days from the date of the same month to the chief of the competent police station having jurisdiction over the domicile, but the person subject to registration of personal information failed to submit changed information, thereby violating the duty of the person subject
