The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

No person shall record or listen to conversations between others, and disclose the contents of the conversation he/she has learned in the course.

1. On January 22, 2011, the Defendant: (a) at D stores located in C at a permanent address around January 22, 201; (b) recorded a DNA tape recorder in order to verify the appearance of E and employee F, who was the husband of the Defendant; and (c) recorded a conversation between others, which is not open to the public.

2. Around May 201, the Defendant submitted a recording of the conversation between E and F in the Daegu District Court Residential Support (U.S.) located in Mansan-dong and made it available to the public.

3. On January 201, 201, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in GB-204 at the lower court, installed a DNA tape recorder in order to record the conversation between the husband, E and his family members, but did not record any malfunction in the tape recorder.
