Punishment of the crime

On November 4, 2012, at around 09:00, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol as the Defendant on the road in front of the Doldong-gun, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the repair cost market price of KRW 2,969,630,00 on the DK5 car owned by the victim by making an abortion, such as “Chewing flag and flag flag”, on the ground that the Defendant’s flag was abandoned and flaged against the escape victim C while drinking alcohol as the Defendant.
