On May 17, 2017, the Defendant, at around 04:00, engaged in an act of blocking the front of a taxi that entered a road under the influence of alcohol on the roads of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and was subject to protective measures as D by police officers E belonging to the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station D police station.
