A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Cststren vehicles.

On February 22, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 03:15, driven the said car, and proceeded at an insular speed from the border of the Maduk-do to the 3-line intersection of the Maduk-distance in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, along one lane.
