Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for criminal fraud at the District Court of Su-gu on July 23, 2013, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the medical prison on January 25, 2014.

Criminal facts

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price to the victim for the same reason as the statement in Paragraph 1.

The defendant was provided with an amount equivalent to 190,000 won at the market price, such as two-way disease, and acquired economic benefits from the victim.

3.
