1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 149,277,260 as well as 20% per annum from October 19, 2013 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the non-party corporation Nos. 480, May 10, 2013, prepared a notarial deed to the effect that "the plaintiff shall pay 148,000,000 won for the goods to the plaintiff until the end of April 2013, and shall pay damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum if it is impossible to perform the above amount until the end of April 2013, and it shall be recognized that there is no objection even if compulsory execution is immediately executed." The plaintiff prepared a notarial deed to the effect that the above claim amount under the notarial deed is 149,277,260 won as the title of execution and the claim amount under the notarial deed was 149,200,1906, and the court below rejected the plaintiff's claim on May 23, 2013, and the defendant did not present the above claim to the defendant on the 3715.20137.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 149,277,260 won for collection and delay damages at the rate of 20% per annum from October 19, 2013 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
