1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,248,00 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 7, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

1. Around 2013, the Plaintiff agreed between the Defendant and the Plaintiff to lend the pumps equipment related to the construction work B and receive KRW 38,027,000 in return.

However, the defendant only paid 15,779,000 won to the plaintiff and did not pay the remainder of 22,248,000 won to the plaintiff.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above 22,248,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the copy of the complaint of this case is served to the day of complete payment.
