Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C are the marital relationship between the parties.

On May 19, 2016, at around 22:30 on May 19, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head at around 3 to 4 times by drinking the victim’s head on a fluencing basis under the influence of alcohol within 122 Dong 1006, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
