A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2018, the Defendant raised a dispute with the victim's house on the ground that the victim D (34 tax) who is a workplace club in Ulsan-gu Seoul apartment building 1209 was disregarded of reporting his/her possession at the night house in Ulsan-gu Seoul apartment house 1209 on April 5, 2018, and caused damage to the victim's face, face, chest, and clothes that require approximately two weeks of treatment by taking the victim's face, face, and appearance on the part of the victim's horse and neck, and 23 cm of total length, which are dangerous objects in the ward.
