A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In collusion with her husband D, the Defendant: (a) disposed of the right to sell the housing site to E around April 2013; (b) received KRW 400 million from F around April 2015; (c) received KRW 200 million from G to receive KRW 200 million; and (d) again received the right to sell the housing site under the name of transfer of the said right to sell the housing site under the name of transfer of the said right to sell the housing site under the name of 100,000 won; and (c) received the said right to sell the housing site under the name of 600,000 won from the said 200,000 won under the name of the said 60,000 won under the name of the said 60,000 won under the name of the said 60,000 won under the name of the said 600,000 won under the name of the said 606,000 won under the name of the victim; and (c) issued the said 600,06,00,06,00,00, etc.
