1. The Defendant: (a) against Plaintiff A, KRW 15,00,000, and KRW 30,700,000 to Plaintiff B, and each of the said money.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 1, 2013, the Defendant concluded a contract under the following (hereinafter “program development agreement”) with the Ka Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Ka Media”).

Article 1(1) Purpose of Car Media is to supply the Defendant with the goods of Article 2, and the Defendant shall conduct marketing using them. 2) The Defendant and the Car Media shall faithfully perform the rights and obligations arising from this Agreement in terms of mutual development cooperation.

Article 2 Goods supplied to the Defendant by car media under this Agreement shall be as follows:

(b) A SSP program for improving and gathering digital HD images;

(c) Article 3.1 of the supply price of the PC applied program for video improvement (1) the price of the goods supplied for the purpose of the film improvement is set for development costs and program carcs. (c) the DSSP program for digital HD video improvement - the PC applied program for video improvement - the supply price shall be determined by consultation. 2) The value of the goods supplied is a separate set of value.

Article 4(1) The contract term of this contract shall be ten (10) years from the date of the contract. (2) If one of the parties does not notify in writing the other party of his intention to refuse the contract at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the contract term, the contract term shall be automatically extended every ten years.

Article 5 Form 1) The DSP program for video improvement chains shall be provided along with security chips. 2) The PC program for video improvement shall be provided together with Lock-key.

Article 6(1) The Defendant shall pay 10,000,000 development costs to the Car Media as follows with respect to the DSP program for the improvement and reproduction of the Aroman TV image: - The first: within seven days after the contract is concluded - the second: 5,00,000 won - the second: within seven days after the goods inspection; 5,000,000 won.
