Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for occupational embezzlement at the Seoul Central District Court on February 18, 2010 for the same year.

4. 15. After the judgment became final and conclusive, on October 28, 2010, the parole period was expired on December 14, 2010, in the execution of the sentence by the Gansung Vocational Training Prisons.

가. 피고인은 2013. 2. 말 15:00경 평소 알고 지내던 피해자 C에게 하룻밤 재워달라고 부탁하여 의왕시 D에 있는 B01호 피해자의 집에서 잠을 잔 후 피해자가 출근하여 없는 틈을 타 그곳 책상 위에 있는 피해자 소유의 현금 24만원 상당이 들어 있는 돼지저금통 1개를 가지고 나와 절취하였다.
