Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 22:30 on October 22, 2012, the defect that the Defendant borrowed money before the victim C (the age of 33) paid to the victim in front of the Seoul Jung-gu D, and (b) caused the flabing of the victim, and (c) caused the victim’s face at least five times due to drinking, the Defendant got about three weeks of treatment.
