Criminal facts
1. On August 2014, Defendant A, who entered the Republic of Korea as a guard for studying in China’s nationality and received Korean language training at the National University of Korea. On October 2015, Defendant A accepted the statement that “I will enter the house of the victims, who will deliver the method of cancelling the opening of the house and the entrance correction device using mobile text messages, etc.,” and sent them to China, after receiving contact from male-friendly Gscoping who committed the crime of Boscoping around October 2015.”
A. On October 16, 2015, around 15:00, at the victim I (73 tax)’s house located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan H apartment complex 206 Dong 603, and around 15:00, the victims without the name were made by phone call to the victim, and the victims were required to investigate excessive telephone charges imposed by telephone station employees, and the victims were kept in cash and stored in the cooling house and received a replacement of the resident registration certificate immediately. B.
