On October 26, 2013, at around 19:13, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled vehicle B under the influence of alcohol content 0.161% of alcohol content from the front of the Hasung-si Hamsung-si Hamsung-si, Kimpo-si, to the front road of the Hamsung-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
