Basic Facts

On June 22, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendants, setting the lease deposit amount of 300 million won from July 10, 2015 to July 9, 2018, and the lease deposit of 16 million won from July 10, 2015 to July 9, 2018 (in addition to value-added tax, 11 advance payment on June 22, 2015 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
