1. The Defendants listed in the [Attachment 1-1] list share to be transferred to the Plaintiff of the same list among the 197 square meters of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government CI large 197 square meters.

1. Indication of claim;

A. Attached 4) The land in the ship (hereinafter “previous land”) that connects each point of the marked A, B, C, D, and D (hereinafter “previous land”) was originally one parcel of land, and there was a factory owned by the Plaintiff, Defendant W’s house, and Qu-type on the previous land.

The plaintiff, the defendant W, and Qu were entitled to share registration on the previous land despite the exclusive use of each specific part of the previous land as described above.

B. However, in around 1986, the previous land was divided into a zone of 401.8 square meters in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “CR land”) and a zone of 959 square meters in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “CJ land”), and the Plaintiff’s plant and Defendant W’s housing were divided into CJ land and CJ land.

Despite the above changes, the plaintiffs, defendants W, and Qu were not able to adjust their shares in the previous land according to the actual use status.

Accordingly, in accordance with the share ratio of co-ownership of the previous land, the owners of the CY construction still have co-ownership of the CR land and CJ land, and the Plaintiff and Defendant W still have co-ownership of the CR land and CJ land according to the share ratio of the previous land. The share of the Plaintiff and Defendant W’s CR land and CJ land was 87/604, respectively.

C. The co-ownership share of CR land and CJ land, a site ownership, was transferred to most of the sectional owners by disposing of their own sectional ownership of CY construction. D.

On the other hand, the defendant W against the owner of Qu Construction in around 2010, implementing the procedure for the transfer of ownership of the CR land due to the termination of mutual title trust by the Incheon District Court 2010Gahap4291 and part of the defendant W's shares among the CJ land.
