Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the chairperson of the Cran Association D branch, and the defendant B is the head of the secretariat of the same branch of the Association.

1. No one shall hold a meeting of native folks society, clan gathering, alumni meeting, rally to strengthen the unity, rally to strengthen the unity, or other assemblies and meetings during the election period, with the aim of influencing an election;

The Defendants conspired to support the candidates for local elections of E political parties that were deemed similar to Cates and policy directions. In particular, the Defendants were willing to hold an assembly for the purpose of winning the election of candidates for the FF market candidate G and F City Council members H, who were applicants for the FF market, from 14:00 on June 7, 2018 to 14:50 on June 7, 2018. At the J’s meeting, the Defendants invited the above candidates and workers on duty to participate in the election for the purpose of supporting the local elections of E political parties, such as candidates for the FF market of the 7th nationwide Dong Si/Si/Gu/Si/Gu/Si Council members G, and the FF candidate H, who were candidates for the FF City Council members, from 100 members of the said EF market.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to hold an assembly to affect the election during the election period.

2. No person who is prohibited from holding any campaign speech meeting other than a campaign speech, interview or debate under the Public Official Election Act, or an interview or debate meeting other than a campaign speech, interview or debate under the Public Official Election Act, shall hold a personal campaign speech meeting, lecture meeting on the current situation, debate meeting, other campaign speech meetings, or interview or debate meeting with many people during the election campaign period;

As above, the Defendants conspired to hold the “E Party F Market Candidate Support Resolution” at the above date, time, and place, and held approximately 10 members of the E Party F Market G, and had the members of the E Party F City and the E Party executive staff, etc. of the National Assembly members K and E Party F City, the regional chairperson of L et al. provide personal opinions and support for the above candidates for the purpose of winning the election by supporting the E Party local election candidates, such as G candidates.
