A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On August 31, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million by the Incheon District Court for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), KRW 2 million by the same court on May 26, 2014, and KRW 10 million by the same court on November 10, 2014, respectively.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a bareboat cargo vehicle B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On May 25, 2017, the Defendant driven a franchison around 23:25, the Defendant driven the franchison in Jung-gu, Incheon, and driven the “Fabnbb 2nd century” along the two-lanes, along the alcohol concentration of 0.163% in the direction of culture culture.

On May 25, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving alcohol) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) shall drive a motor vehicle in Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, without obtaining a driver's license, while under the influence of alcohol with a level of 0.163% in the blood of around 23:25.
