Punishment of the crime

The Defendants: (a) as a member of the telephone financial fraud organization of single-name “Sing”, the Chinese Bosing Steering staff (hereinafter “D”) had a large number of unspecified Korean people transfer the certification fee, etc. using a large passbook as if they would use the personal information of an unspecified number of unspecified Korean people to transfer the money; and (b) had the Defendants intended to obtain money by means of withdrawing money in the Republic of Korea.

B pays KRW 150,00 per day to Defendant A, who was withdrawn from mid- August 2012, and withdraws the money transferred through a large passbook in cash to Defendant A, and wired the money excluding the profit of 10% to “D” under the name of the Chinese total book by either sending or directly withdrawing the said money to “D”. The Defendant A withdraws the money in cash in the Republic of Korea under the direction of the above B and transfers it to China.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. Fraud (1) Around September 3, 2012, a member of the fraud Chinese Bosing Organization for the Victim E made a loan to the Victim E by telephone, “it is our finance, but it is a customer’s loan to the amount of KRW 8 million,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000. Accordingly, around 14:25 on September 3, 2012, the sum of KRW 160,000,000 to the FF Agricultural Cooperative Account, KRW 180,000 to the above account at around 18:03, and KRW 50,000 to the above account at around 18:16.

(2) On September 3, 2012, a member of the fraud Chinese Bosing Organization against Victim G would have a loan up to eight million won by telephone from the victim G.

In order to grant a loan, 160,000 won is needed.

Since credit rating is low, 680,000 won shall be paid.
