1. The defendant's KRW 500,000,00 and about this, 5% per annum from December 18, 1997 to September 10, 2008 to the plaintiff.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On September 6, 2007, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for a loan claim with the Busan District Court Decision 2007Gahap17256, and on September 10, 2008, the Plaintiff was sentenced by the above court on September 10, 2008 that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 50 million won and the amount calculated by the rate of 5% per annum from December 18, 1997 to September 10, 2008, and 20% per annum from the next day to the full payment date.” The judgment became final and conclusive on October 7, 2008.

B. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit to extend extinctive prescription.
