Punishment of the crime

From January 22, 2016, the Defendant is operating a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of approximately 24 square meters from the first floor of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “C”), which is equipped with five shower rooms, one shower room, and one female employee waiting room.

1. On February 16, 2016, when the Defendant received KRW 80,00 from a male guest who found the above business establishment in the above C around February 16, 2016, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by having his/her female employee take 50,00 won per male customer, providing guidance to 2 times per male customer, sending D with D, who is an employee, in his/her hand, and allowing D to do similar acts in a manner that scams the sexual organ of the above customer.

2. Around 02:00 on February 16, 2016, when the Defendant received KRW 1.40,000 from a male guest who found the above business establishment in the above C, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by having the female employee receive KRW 50,000 from a male guest who was named in the name of the said business establishment, leading the female employee to a room of KRW 50,00,000, and sending it to E who is an employee employee, to have sexual intercourse with
