Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a consumer company, such as a main product and a golf machine, with the trade name of "B and B of the city of Busan, the second floor," "C".

The Defendant, for the purpose of selling golf holes to many unspecified customers, purchased a golf hole from the golf business entity located in the Special Metropolitan City located in the Jeju Special Metropolitan City (State) which collects the lost golf balls from the use of the golf course and resells them after washing them, and then, within the above “C” office, a golf brand enterprise “E” registered a trademark with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as a designated product by the said “F”, “G”, and “H” with the marks registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as a trademark. The Defendant packaged the above golf balls with the English words, “I”, “E,” written by a staff member of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd, using the Ptool and the Sast program, using the English words, written marks, “I,” and other marks similar to the “E” trademarks, and the registered trademarks of “E,” written.

The Defendant sold 3,178,970 (9 14,12 228 interventions) of the total value of golf 2,862 (9 interventions, 14, 12 228 interventions) of the 3,862 (3,59,000 won in the market price, 5,360 won in the market and 45,360 won in the online goods sales brokerage site as above, and the Plaintiff sold 3,178,970 golf 2,862 (9 interventions, 14, 128 interventions, 259, 250, 275, 257 involvements in the total value of offices for sale in the above LAC, 2016 to December 5, 2016.

Accordingly, the Defendant manufactured, sold, and possessed for the purpose of sale, and infringed on the trademark right holder’s trademark by printing the forged trademark as above.
