A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 3328"
1. Larceny;
A. On July 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 15:52, 200, the six-story female sloping rooms of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the six-story female 170,000 won in cash, and the market price of 170,000 won in the city slur 1,10,000 won in the city slur 1,10,000 won in the city slur 95,000 won in the city; (b) 1, 1,000 won in the city flur flur flur flur flur flur flur flur flur flur flur flur flur fl, 25,00 won in the city flur flur flur fl, 1,000 won in the city flur fl.
B. On July 14, 2017, at around 13:55, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim E’s physical card at the same place as the above paragraph (a); (b) at the market price equivalent to KRW 70,000, which is placed in the victim E’s right box; and (c) at the 1st page of Han Bank Cock Card.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen property worth 602,000 won in total on two occasions.
2. Fraud;
A. On July 9, 2017, at G convenience stores located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, the Defendant presented to the occupant as if he/she was his/her card, the card was cut, as set forth in paragraph 1(a), from the G convenience stores located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and received one strawer strawer, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,000, from the occupant source.
B. From around 17:17 on the same day as Paragraph 2-A of Article 2, the Defendant presented the card as the settlement means from “I” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H as if the card was one’s card, and received 1 mar d. d. 1 m. from the point of origin at the market price of KRW 5,000.

On July 14, 2017, the Defendant, around 15:13, means of payment to the point of origin, as if he/she completed the check at “K” store located on the second floor of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J building, as set forth in paragraph 1(b).
